We want to be a church which worships together. Since we believe that all of life is worship—wherever we live, work, or play— gathering on Sundays is at the center of our life as a church: it prepares us for the week ahead, reminds us of who we are in Christ, and gives us the opportunity to praise the great God whom we serve.
So, every Sunday we come together in the morning and evening to hear and respond to God’s Word through preaching, prayer, hymns, and the sacraments of baptism and communion.
Prayer is an essential element of any ministry that God blesses with power and effectiveness in this world. Aside from the regular prayers of God’s people that are part of every service of worship and class and group that gathers, we offer several structured times of prayer for the work and the people of God at ChristChurch.
Various times and places throughout the week
Know and be known. It’s easy to feel lost in such a big city. That’s why home groups are a vital part of our church life—they’re where we connect with each other regularly at various times and places for community, care, and outreach.
