Welcome!

ChristChurch is dedicated to spreading God's name both internationally and locally.

See photos and pledge cards from our missionaries below.

We long to see mature churches established, with well-equipped leaders among every people group.

International

We support a number of international ministries, especially biblical and reformed church planting movements. We long to see mature churches established, with well-equipped leaders among every people group. We week to accomplish this through education, encouragement, support and sending members of our own church and denomination to other countries. Apart from those we support directly, we also support our denomination's Mission to the World.

National

We support many initiatives that seek to bring the Gospel to our own nation. Every Christian is called to be a "light to the world" and so we see our local community as the first place for each member to begin the work to which the Lord has called us. We encourage many ministries that seek to share the love of Christ with those around them. Apart from those we support directly, we also support our denomination's Mission to North America.

Collegiate

CCP is situated in the heart of the city and is surrounded by educational institutions. We are very committed to college ministries having a long-standing partnership between us and local Campus Crusade for Christ leadership. We also support RUF, and Intervarsity and we have leaders from all these and other student organizations worshipping with us.

A Testimony from an Inidan Woman

I came to the Lord in 1994 when I was an undergraduate student back in India. I began to believe the Scriptures when it was expounded to me by a neighbor. Having put trust in sciences, I had come to see God as a mere illusion to satisfy the inner angst. Then, in the year 1992, our family went through a terrible crisis and we did not know where to turn.

In the midst of this, my neighbor took efforts to offer words of comfort through the Scriptures. That was the first time I came to see words written in the Scriptures actually were words full of life. I soon became so interested and began to probe further. My friend offered me a Living Bible to read. Since we were in a crisis he asked us to read the book of Job. I also read the four Gospels.

Then one day he asked me to pray. Because I had prayed before to all the Hindu gods, I thought it should be easy, by merely replacing the name of Hindu gods with Jesus. I thought I would be able to say a good prayer, but suddenly deep inside I felt a huge block. I was not able to pray a single word. My friend, sensing this, kept his hand on my head and he began to pray. When he prayed I felt something, and went home thinking about it.

The next time when he asked me to pray, I began with simple words, but soon was so prolific in my words and began to feel such joy that I can't explain. I still cherish that moment where I encountered the Lord Almighty. Having witnessed the power of God I started telling others about the God I had encountered. My friends asked, ‘Ashok your whole life is so different now, what happened?" I told them joyfully about the source of this transformation.

From the year 1999-2002, I was involved in a University Fellowship in New Delhi. It was there I met Dollina and married her. I came to know Christ Church through Paul Joseph, an elder at our church. I remember him inviting me in 2003. Paul also went out of his way to help me settle when I first came to Atlanta for my PhD at Georgia Tech. My wife and I owe a deep gratitude for his hospitality and guidance."
